Land Service activities are synonymous with nature Conservation. Activities and excursions which teach the love for conservation in nature are undertaken quarterly. Members are also actively involved with projects to beautify the school grounds. The following activities are planned every year

Camps are presented on a regional basis. The learners are afforded the opportunity of forming new friendships and to learn valuable inter-personal skills. Established camps at Jonkershoek outside Stellenbosch, Bien Donné at Simondium and Melkbosstrand are used for the camps. Camps are arranged during the weekends and transport is provided from the different venues. Learners are accompanied by an educator. The activities at the camps are child orientated and are developed according to the learner's experience. Every camp provides adequate staff who are permanently employed by the Land Service movement as well as an educator.
