Dear Parents

 

MY SCHOOL PROJECT 2010

 

It gives us great pleasure to introduce the My School project to you.  It is not complicated and if it is used properly, it has the potential to generate thousands of rands for our school.  You only have to present the card to participating shops and they will in turn, give the school a percentage of your purchases.

 

At present, many of our parents are already supporting this project.  You will  receive correspondence on a regular basis which will update you on additional shops being introduced to the project.  You will notice, that many of the shops in our village, e.g. Woolworths, support this project.

 

We think that you will agree, that this project, is a wonderful way to support our school.  No administration is required by our educators, so no tuition time will be lost.  At the end of the month, the school will receive an amount of money!  It is pleasing to see, that businesses are prepared to support the project, in order to lessen the financial burden on the school.

 

Please identify these businesses and use the card there.  We will keep you informed of the amount of money received and for which purpose it was used.  Please support this project as your child will benefit from it.

Please return the attached form to school by by Wednesday 24 February marked for attention : Mrs M. Kleinhans

Gr 5, 6 and 7

You should already have such a card, however, should you require one, please send your child to Mrs Kleinhans to fetch a form.
