DURBANVILLE PRIMARY GOLF DAY : THURSDAY 11 SEPTEMBER 2008

The Durbie Action 2008 fundraising committee is proud to inform you of the 21^st Durbanville Primary School golf day to be held on Thursday 11 September 2008 at the Durbanville Golf Club. The main objective is to raise funds for the school, but it also promises to be a day of fun and entertainment. This year the entertainment before and after the prizegiving ceremony will be sponsored by Sasko Bakeries.

It will once again be a prestige occasion and we appeal to companies, organisations and individuals to support the event by means of sponsorships, donations and prizes. In return, we will endeavour to give you as much exposure as possible.

The format of this year’s competition will be a 4 Ball Better Ball Stableford. We request all participants to play off their official club handicaps (better ball handicap) on that day. As you know, the official handicap system has changed during 2007. Golf players who do not belong to a club, must play from a better ball handicap of 12. Please make very sure of your better ball handicap. Great prizes can be won. Cape City Volkswagen, Buitengracht Street, Cape Town have sponsored a VW Polo 1.6 Comfort Line for a hole in one at the twelfth hole.

A sponsorship form is attached. We kindly request you to complete the form and to return it to the school, should you be in able to make a contribution.
