DATA BASIS

Twice a year we update the school’s data and we request you to kindly provide us with your latest particulars.  The present information is indicated in light grey in the respective areas.  Please go through it and make the necessary changes and complete the blank spaces.

In future we would like to make more use of electronic communication.  Please indicate in the applicable block which of the mother OR father’s e-mail address and cell phone number will be used as a representative contact.

Forms must please be returned to the respective class teachers on Friday 9 May 2008.
