Dear Parents
PARENT EVENING : TUESDAY 23 MARCH 2010
Our parent evening has been scheduled for Tuesday 23 March 2010.
Please take note of the following arrangements if you would like an appointment with your son/daughter’s class teacher:
- Interviews will take place in the classrooms from 14:30 to 19:00 to accommodate as many parents as possible.
- We kindly request that you adhere to the allocated time of ten minutes.
- Please complete the reply-slip and return it to the school by Friday 19 March 2010.
- You will be notified of the time of your appointment by Friday 19 March 2010.
- Despite the restricted time for an interview, we view this as an ideal opportunity for closer academic contact. However, should you wish to discuss a matter of more serious nature (emotional, social, etc.) a special appointment may be arranged.
- The teachers of Art, Technology and Culture will also be available for interviews. Please indicate on the reply-slip if you would like to have an interview with them.
We trust that you will take this opportunity to meet with us in the interest of your child.
