Circular 13/2008
Dear Parents / Guardian
DELIVERY OF PARCELS
The number of books, letters and sports clothes which are currently being delivered to the school during the school day, has become problematic. The school would like to provide a good service to the parent community, but the current process is interfering with the tuition of the learners. Class tuition is continuously interrupted as the learners are called over the intercom to fetch food parcels, messages or sporting equipment.
In future, all articles which are delivered to the secretary, must be clearly marked with your child’s name and class section. This information will be forwarded to the class teacher via the computer before the two breaks. It will be your child’s responsibility to fetch the parcel from the secretary during break.
Learners will no longer be called individually to fetch items from the secretary.
We request you to ensure that the necessary daily planning is done with your child at home, as this will avoid unnecessary communication during the school day.
Kind regards
C.J. Fourie J.C. Swart DEPUTY PRINCIPAL PRINCIPAL
